This fall, on the occasion of our 40-Year Reunion, classmates had the opportunity to recall our unforgettable campus experience; from late-night study sessions to the Walnut Hills High School focus on academic challenges, creativity, leadership, and community. Experiences rooted in a classical liberal arts education, which taught us to think critically and lead with purpose. The Class of 1985 embodies the Walnut Hills High School legacy.

Collectively, the Class of 1985 continues to make a difference! Building upon the excitement from our 40-Year Class Reunion, we have set a lofty goal. From the school Wish List, we elected to gift WHHS a 4’ diameter cast bronze plaque with the iconic seal containing the school’s name (Walnut Hills High School), the year the school was founded (1895) and of course the school’s motto (Sursum Ad Summum). This plaque will be placed in the brick archway at the bottom of the grand staircase off Sulsar Road. This forever gift costs $10,000 and will also include a separate plaque designating the gift is from the Class of 1985.
